CHRISTOPHER M. HUDON

Mr. Hudon focuses on Plaintiff-side complex consumer class actions across the United States in the areas of insurance, consumer fraud, TCPA, data privacy, banking and finance, etc. Admitted pro hac vice before courts in Texas, New York, Ohio, Louisiana, Arkansas, Nebraska, and Alabama, he has been appointed class counsel in pending class litigation in both state and federal court.

Mr. Hudon’s work involves complex briefing in federal and state courts. Mr. Hudon has extensive negotiating experience, has conducted hundreds of depositions, presented oral argument across the country, and conducted complex damages analyses attendant to consumer facing litigation involving thousands of class members.

A former assistant state attorney and commercial litigator, Mr. Hudon also has a background in large-scale real estate and condemnation matters, as well as media, tech, and international law. He is a graduate of Emory University School of Law, where he was a Managing Editor for the Emory International Law Review and researcher for the European Center for Constitutional & Human Rights. Mr. Hudon has two bachelor’s degrees from Jacksonville University, in mass communications and political science, with a minor in theater. He speaks Thai and some French.
