AMY L. JUDKINS
Amy L. Judkins is a plaintiffs’ class-action and trial lawyer dedicated to holding corporations accountable for deceptive practices and consumer harm. She currently serves as court-appointed leadership counsel in the In re Dividend Solar Finance, LLC, and Fifth Third Bank Sales and Lending Practices multidistrict litigation and has been designated class counsel in multiple litigated and settlement classes, achieving multi-million-dollar recoveries for consumers nationwide.
In 2024, Ms. Judkins secured one of Florida’s Top 20 Personal Injury Verdicts in McKenzie v. United States Tennis Association, obtaining a $9 million jury verdict for a survivor of sexual abuse. Her work has earned recognition as a “Top 100 Trial Lawyer” by the National Trial Lawyers Association and repeated selection to Super Lawyers Rising Stars.
Ms. Judkins began her legal career as a federal judicial law clerk to the Honorable Paul G. Byron of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, following an internship with then-Chief Judge Anne C. Conway. She practiced at Holland & Knight and Dean Mead before devoting her career exclusively to representing plaintiffs in complex litigation, including groundbreaking cases in consumer finance, insurance practices, and technology accountability.
A graduate of Florida A&M University College of Law, Ms. Judkins ranked third in her class while raising two young daughters, earning book awards in twelve subjects and multiple moot court distinctions. Before law school, she worked as an environmental consultant, where she supported expert testimony in Clean Water Act litigation and advised large landowners on permitting and stewardship planning—an experience that sparked her passion for law as a vehicle for change.
She is an active member of the Central Florida Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, the National Association of Consumer Advocates, and the Federal Bar Association.
